Flow Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flow (flowlaunch.fly.dev) ("Flow", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Flow.
2. What Flow Is
Flow is a Solana-based platform for launching and trading tokens built on the Pump.fun protocol. A user may launch a token "for" a named recipient, identified by an X (Twitter) handle, a TikTok handle, or a Solana wallet address, and a share of the token's creator fees is routed on-chain to that recipient, who may claim it after verifying control of the associated account.
3. No Investment Advice; High Risk
Flow does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched on Flow are highly speculative, volatile, and may lose all value. The vast majority of such tokens fail. You trade and launch entirely at your own risk. Nothing on Flow is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
4. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use crypto services where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you.
5. Wallets and Transactions
Flow is non-custodial as to user trading: you connect and control your own Solana wallet, and you are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, and transactions. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Network fees apply and are not refundable.
6. Launching for a Recipient
When you launch a token for a recipient (X handle, TikTok handle, or wallet), you represent that you are not impersonating anyone, infringing any rights, or implying endorsement by that recipient unless true. A recipient has not endorsed, created, or approved a token merely because it was launched "for" them. Recipients claim routed fees only after verifying control of the named account.
7. Charitable / Cause Launches
Where Flow lists a verified charity as a possible recipient, routing a fee share to that charity's published wallet is not a tax-deductible donation by you, and Flow makes no representation about the charity's use of funds. Flow does not guarantee any specific amount reaches any cause.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use Flow for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to launch tokens that infringe others' rights or violate applicable law.
9. No Warranty
Flow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any outcome from using Flow.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of Flow.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
