Flow Privacy Policy

2. Information We Collect

• Wallet data: your public Solana wallet address and on-chain transaction data when you connect a wallet or interact with Flow. We never receive your private keys.
• Social account data (X and TikTok): if you choose to connect an X (Twitter) or TikTok account to verify that you are the recipient a token was launched for, we receive, via that platform's OAuth, your handle/username, your public account identifier (user ID), and basic public profile information (such as display name and avatar). We use TikTok Login and the TikTok API solely to (a) let a user launch a token for a TikTok handle and (b) verify that a claimant controls that TikTok account.
• Launch/claim data: tokens you launch, the recipient you designate, and claim/attribution records, which are stored to operate the fee-routing and claim system.
• Basic technical data: standard server/request logs needed to run the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information only to: operate token launches and trading; attribute a token to a named recipient; verify a claimant controls the named X or TikTok account before releasing a claim; route and record fees; and maintain the security and integrity of the service. We do not use TikTok or X data for advertising or profiling.

4. TikTok Data Specifically

Data obtained through TikTok Login / the TikTok API is used only for the identity-verification and launch-attribution purposes described above. We request the minimum scopes necessary. We do not sell TikTok data, do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service or as required by law, and retain it only as long as needed for attribution/claim verification. You may revoke Flow's access to your TikTok account at any time in your TikTok settings.

5. On-Chain Data Is Public

Solana transactions, wallet addresses, token launches, and fee routing are recorded on a public blockchain and are inherently public and permanent. Flow cannot alter or delete on-chain data.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with service providers that help operate Flow (e.g., RPC and metadata/storage providers); as required by law; or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Flow and its users.

7. Data Retention

We retain off-chain data (such as attribution/claim records and social-verification identifiers) only as long as necessary to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it where feasible. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

8. Your Choices

You may disconnect your wallet, revoke X or TikTok access via those platforms, and contact us to request deletion of off-chain personal data we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits.

9. Children

Flow is not directed to children under the age required to use crypto services and social platforms in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
